I was blown away by the feedback and comments and especially this from Mark:
'Well well well what a lovely bright sunny day feeling the full force of mother nature herself, I could of not had a better day if i made it up, bing bang bosh spot on cruising around a lovely forest on a nature cache quest with some great friends much love a respect to you all for making the day before the full moon a great one just amazing seeing so many friendly faces getting together and enjoying a great advent in the great
outdoors, feeling the love in full effect'
When you design a programme like this, there is always an anxiety that it's not going to work, or that people will be quite critical. For all my years of training and experience, I know logically that this can often say more about the person (or team) than anything. When this happens, there is often a need to work with this negativity therapeutically without losing heart or confidence and not taking it personally. Notwithstanding, getting feedback like this is just so heart warming - thank you Mark for being such a fantastic participant.
I am so looking forward to the next session which is a Horse Quest. Watch this space.
