This week long course is
one of our most popular. It has  been running for some years now and was initially co created hand in hand with ex veterans
with post traumatic stress syndrome.

However, it is now available for anyone to take part in. It has  been shown to significantly reduce anxiety, low mood and feelings of disconnect.

It has been designed as a  transformational journey for you to
step into your wisdom
and ultimately walk in your own
power.

Using a mix of ancient knowledge, meaningful interaction with horses and meditating with real wolves we will spend the week on beautiful beaches, creating music in forests and setting free our creative spirit
