|
Nature Therapy for adults is for those in need of additional inner strength to support self healing.
It is for anyone affected by trauma, mental distress or for individuals who want to gain insights into their own way of being.
We offer the ability to find solace and meaning through ancient knowledge, wilderness theory, creativity, the natural environment and connecting with your inner power.

The Island Herb Garden
In 2023 we started work on a new project to establish a community Herb Garden to help raise awareness of the importance of plants on our wellbeing
Newport Parish Council provided us with an allotment on the outskirts of Pan Community Park and our lovely volunteers have been busy clearing the area.
We are currently fundraising to purchase resources such as a shed, raised beds and items we need to run free workshops and provide volunteer opportunities.
The intent is for more people to come together to further our knowledge about native herbs, herbs in general and herbal remedies.
Like our Face book page - The Island Herb Garden - to keep up with future developments.
