Step into your inner wisdom
We are an award-winning non profit aimed at building resilience
For 15 years we have delivered unique projects intertwining nature with ancient knowledge such as medicine wheels, labyrinths, art, music and storytelling.
We were the first organisation in the UK to successfully incorporate wolves into our programmes alongside horses, forests, and the sea
We are catalysts for creating time, space and activities to enable individuals to become experts in their own way of being.

Our Senses
Our senses evolved over thousands of years yet amazingly no two people experience the world in the same way
Some people naturally sense the world in a completely different way to the majority Our senses are the link between our inner and outer worlds By understanding our inner sensory world we can better relate to the world that exists outside of sensory experiences |

Who benefits
We work across the lifespan to deliver projects that enhance sensory resilience
Changes in sensory experiences can occur through physical or psychological trauma Certain medical conditions such as dementia can lead to sensory deprivation, so we use activities grounded in enriching the senses. Our work is based in mind-body holistic principles and geared towards Post Traumatic Growth. |
March 2024 - 2026
The Wings Project
We were delighted to receive a two year grant from the Lottery to run a series of free and unique nature based sessions on the Isle of Wight aimed at recovery from trauma from March 2024 to 2026
The sessions were based on our award winning Wolf Medicine programme which has been successfully running for over fourteen years.
The funding provided an opportunity for us to explore what activities helped impact on Post Traumatic Growth.
We are pleased to report that a key finding is about regulation of the nervous system through activities that ‘hijack’ the vagus nerve.
This insight provides a strong scientific basis for the interventions we provide moving forward.
Work will continue on Post Traumatic Growth through our Artful Drumming Cafe where we plan to explore the impact of humming, drumming, singing, chanting and laughter on regulating the vagus nerve.
Thankyou to the Community Lottery
