Our Senses

Our senses evolved over thousands of years yet amazingly no two people experience the world in the same way

​Some people naturally sense the world in a completely different way to the majority

Our senses are the link between our inner and outer worlds 

By understanding our inner sensory world we can better relate to the world that exists outside of sensory experiences

Who benefits​

​​We work across the lifespan to deliver projects that enhance sensory resilience

Changes in sensory experiences can  occur through physical or psychological trauma 

Certain  medical conditions such as dementia can lead to sensory deprivation, so we use activities grounded in  enriching the senses.

Our work is based in mind-body holistic principles and geared towards Post Traumatic Growth.
