The Beach Hut 

We have available our lovely caravan for those in need of respite on the beautiful coast of the Isle Wight . 

If you are interested in using The Beach Hut  then email us on [email protected] with details of why you would like to use it and what dates.
Bereaved parents will be given priority,

Using the caravan is free, however the following charges apply:

Refundable deposit in case of damages £500
Site fees most likely to be around £20 per day 
You will need bottle gas for outdoor kitchen.

​You must have your own insurance. 

Due to safety issues, you do not have permission to tow the caravan. 

UPDATE - due to the significant rise in  challenges involved in finding affordable homes - the Beach Hut is currently available to those at direct risk of homelessness. Please contact us to find out the current situation. You will need a sponsor. 



​Basic facilities 


​​​You will need to provide your own bedding, towels, and other personal items

The sleeping arrangements can be twin or double and there is an additional small child's bed/chair.

There is a cassette toilet which we ask you to empty at the end of your stay

There is no indoor shower. ​

​Off grid 

​The caravan does not have workable indoor kitchen facilities.
It does have an awning, patio area  and outdoor camp kitchen 

​​You will need to pay a £500 deposit in case of any damages.

This is refundable at the end of your stay
